The protection of personal data is of particular
concern to us. For this reason, we are investing now and in the future in the security
of the data entrusted to us in all areas. Also with the web pages operated by
us, which we make available to our coworkers, the topic data security is always
in the foreground.
The A1 learning platform eCampus contains digital
learning offers (eLearning, videos, documents, links) which are available to
all employees. Generally, the A1 learning portal eCampus is accessible via
Single Sign On (SSO) in order to search for and edit digital learning offers.
The processed employee master data such as name,
mail, organizational affiliation are uploaded daily from the HR system
(SAP/Gecko/Hermes/HRNet) to the A1 learning platform eCampus and are used for
the purpose of documenting and saving learning progress, e.g. by completing a
course. The training progress, i.e. the courses completed by the employee, is
also transferred to the SAP system and stored there. The A1 learning platform
eCampus uses cookies only for Single Sign On and so that the user remains
logged in to the A1 learning platform eCampus on each page.
The aforementioned data will not be used for any
other purpose.
The employee master data and learning progress are
deleted when the employee leaves the company. The deletion requests are
triggered by the daily upload from the HR system. The complete data deletion
then takes place automatically within 5 days. The learning progress transferred
to the SAP system remains stored there for 30 years so that the employee can
receive confirmation of the courses he or she has completed upon request.
